2 YEARS WARRANTY
All the products on the catalogue have 2 years of warranty, batteries included.
COMMISSIONING
This service ensures the correct connection of the UPS to the mains of the installation site. The UPS is then configured according to the customer’s continuity needs.
“CHECK PACK” – PRECAUTIONARY MAINTENANCE
For the number of visits speci ed in the contract each year, the producer will program with the customer a precautionary maintenance visit. The UPS will be checked, cleaned and its operation will be veri ed with speci c tests. The producer will release a certi cate of correct operation and, when necessary, he will point out the advised and/or mandatory repairs. You can purchase this package in advance when you buy the UPS or as a yearly fee.
“FAIR RISK” – WARRANTY EXTENTION (up to 5 years)
This package extends the warranty on the electronic parts of the UPS for up to 5 years from the date of installation. All needed maintenance will be performed by the producer on his cost, including the necessary electronic spare parts and labor for the period specified on the contract. The parts considered as consumables (BATTERIES, FANS and CAPACITORS) are not included. You can purchase this package in advance when you buy the UPS or as a yearly fee. The COMMISSIONING by the producer (not included) has to be done prior to purchasing this package.
“FULL RISK” – WARRANTY EXTENTION (up to 5 years)
This option extends the warranty on any part of the UPS for up to 5 years from the date of installation.
All needed maintenance will be performed by the producer on his cost, including the necessary spare parts and labor for the period speci ed on the contract. You can purchase this package in advance when you buy the UPS or as a yearly fee. The COMMISSIONING by the producer (not included) has to be done prior to purchasing this package.
RENT WITH FULL RISK WARRANTY
With a monthly fee and trimestral payments, we offer you the best UPS for your needs without charging any costs for the commissioning and future maintenance. The connection to the mains and to the electrical system of the installation is not included.
